《藝伎回憶錄》電影原聲帶由乃約翰·威廉斯作曲，於2016年3月17日發行，收錄曲目包含〈Going To School〉、〈Chiyo's Prayer〉、〈Finding Satsu〉、〈The Rooftops Of The Hanamachi〉等。本版《藝伎回憶錄》原聲帶以雙LP形式發行，採用對開式封套包裝。其中一張黑膠以不透明盤片壓製，另一張同樣以不透明盤片壓製。
